Asian Boys In Speedos

When I encountered this image on Tumblr it was captioned simply "Asian boys in Speedos." Can't beat that for conciseness.

The Long Lost Zombie Sunday Roundup

It happens occasionally that for some reason or other I start working on a post and for one reason or another I abandon it or lose track of it, or simply forget about it for one reason or another. The other day I was sorting through my discarded drafts and discovered not one, but two abandoned Sunday Roundup posts. So here they are, Frankensteined together, and risen from the dead. A few familiar faces show up. As Sunday Roundups go, it's on the small side, but I hope you can enjoy it anyway.

More after the break.

Another Ancient Hottie

The last time I dared post about a long-dead hottie I was taken to task from some quarters for wasting people's time on someone who they would be able to fuck right this minute. While I understand their frustration (not really) I can't help thinking that if I were to limit the pictures on this blog to pictures of boys I might actually be able to have, this would be a very quiet site indeed.

So who do we have here?  This is Glen Halik, who in the first decades of the 20th Century traveled around America with his sisters Lois and Elsa giving recitals of music and dramatic readings. What kind of effect must he  have had on the young girls (and boys) who saw him play in church halls and Chautauqua tents in those days before radio and television? I can only imagine that it was devastating.

Glen would go on to a long career as a teacher, not just of the violin, but engineering drawing, surveying and descriptive geometry. He was also concertmaster of the Traverse City, Michigan, Symphony Orchestra for many years. He lived to be 95 years old.

More Gavin

One hates to post a second post devoted to Gavin Casalegno within a week, but my goodness, with photos like this (by Maxwell Poth) how can one not?

The Return Of The Beauty Hunter

How many times will the bumbling dunderheads who run Blogger swoop in and destroy DeeJohn's beautiful blogs?  I ask because this is at least the second time that I've had to announce a new location for one of his blogs, and while I'm glad to do it, I am getting a bit peeved at Blogger. To be honest, being peeved at Blogger seems to be a constant state of affairs these days.

But back to the matter at hand. The Beauty Hunter has risen from the dead, reborn as Chrysalism. There you will find exactly the kind of beauty you are used to seeing on Dee's sites. Not only young male pulchritude, but other lovely things as well. Go there.

The 9th Anniversary Long Past Sunday Roundup: 2011

2011 saw a lot of the usual suspects and the continued dominance of Sunday Roundup posts.  I tried to do a few posts that weren't merely long scrolls of shirtless boys, but nobody
seemed very interested. Paddy Mitchell appeared more than anybody else.

The 9th Anniversary No-Longer-Sunday Roundup: 2010

2010 was the year of River Viiperi, although Francisco Lachowski was still going strong. Other favorites included Robbie Wadge, Paddy Mitchell and Rory Torrens.  It was the year that I began doing Sunday Roundups, which started modestly and slowly started to spin out of control. It was also the year of Gregg Sulkin and the self-tightening t-shirt.

The 9th Anniversary Sunday Roundup: 2009

Here we are in 2009,  my first full year of operation. My top models include Rob Moore, Ash Stymest, Luke Worrell, Callum Wilson, but the discovery of the year was Franciso Lachowski.. Top Actors include Alex Pettyfer (of course), Austin Butler, Aaron Johnson, and Nicholas Hoult, and in the real world Taylor Lautner was having his moment.

Lots more after the jump.
